How the tailor-made process works
The path from idea to confirmed plan runs through four stages. The aim is to reduce your planning workload while keeping every real decision in your hands.
1. Discovery
We start with a conversation, usually over WhatsApp or email. We ask about your dates, group size and ages, the feeling you want from the trip, how much you like to move versus settle, any anniversaries or occasions, dietary needs, and a working budget range. There is no commitment at this stage. The more honest you are about pace and priorities, the closer the first draft lands.
2. Draft
We translate the discovery notes into a written framework: which regions to base in and for how long, a suggested flow of days, a shortlist of villa options per base, and the experiences that fit your interests. Villas are suggested in tiers so you can see the trade-offs between location, privacy, staffing and price rather than being pushed toward one option.
3. Refine
You react. People cut a day in the south to add one in Ubud, swap a temple morning for a slower start, or raise or lower the villa tier. We revise until the plan reads like your trip, not a generic luxury sample. This is also where we flag anything outside our scope.
4. Confirm and route
Once the framework is right, we introduce you to the specific vetted partners, the villa, the driver-guide and any specialist operators, and you book directly with them. That is how the curation is funded, and we would rather state it plainly than dress it up.
